We believe right initiatives are vital for supporting medically impaired individuals, as they often face financial, emotional, and physical challenges that can hinder access to essential healthcare services. Our programs help bridge gaps in medical treatment, provide access to specialized care, and alleviate the burden of costly medications and therapies. Moreover, such initiatives foster a sense of community and hope, empowering individuals to lead more fulfilling lives despite their impairments. By encouraging societal participation and resource allocation, Syamala Charitable Trust ensures that no one is left behind due to their health conditions, ultimately promoting equality, dignity, and improved quality of life for the medically impaired.
Some of our key initiatives:
- Medical assistance in terms of treatment and medications to alleviate the financial burden for those who might not be able to afford it via Free Healthcare Services in Nandyal.
- Prenatal care and nutrition support for pregnancy women
- Special screening and care for anaemic women during pregnancy to help them have a full term along with a healthy baby
- Food, shelter and basic necessities are provided to the under privileged of the society to help them lead a fulfilling life.
- Taking up responsibility of orphans, semi orphans and ensuring all their needs including a quality education, hygienic stay, nutritious meals and a homely environment is met. This is one of the core initiatives at Syamala Trust as the founders strongly believe that every child has an untapped potential and they should have the sources made available to them to make the best of their ability.
- Also, free medication and operations are provided to people suffering with physical disabilities such as Cerebral Palsy or Polio, etc.
Finances:
Our trust is a registered and approved organisation under Section 80G(5)(VI) as a non-government organisation. If any individual or organisation would like to contribute their funds for the activities taken up by the trust and NGO in Nandyal , we avail:
- Individual funding
- Group funding
- Service under corporate social responsibility
- Donations from fundraising events
- Grants from institutions or organisations
- International donations
